I highly recommend Jamie. I had never done therapy before, and as such, was not sure what to expect. However, Jamie helped me more than I could have ever envisioned. I suffer from anxiety, and he helped me identify the root causes, and provided useful strategies and techniques to help alleviate it. Sean is honestly one of the BEST! I have worked with many prescribers for my mental health and he is by far the best one I have worked with. He is easy going and I talked with him alot and vented. He was always listening and always gave his opinions when needed. He really understands medications and I never felt like medication was the only answer and that they were ever being pushed on me. When I first met with Sean he looked at all the medications I was being prescribed and he adjusted my medications to what we only felt I needed and I have never felt better. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with him!
Dr. Alyssa has gone above and beyond the basics. I've had so many doctors who spent 10-15 minutes with me but I left feeling like I'm just a case number. I'm a social worker, so I know how these things go, but Alyssa remembers my concerns and things that are important to me from months ago.
During my time seeing Emily she has encouraged and guided me toward being the best version of myself. She’s given me work to do outside of our sessions that reinforce the skills she taught me. I've been seeing Antanien for a year now, which is the longest I've seen any one therapist at a time, and is a testament to the quality of her care in itself. I've made so much progress since this time last year, and I appreciate that the practice allowed me to do a brief consultation with Antanien before starting sessions with her. She's compassionate, knowledgable, great at sharing information and resources, and I always feel like our sessions are cumulative and building on top of each other vs feeling like one-off conversations. I also really like that she includes scientific information about the brain and nervous system which I have found quite profound. Highly recommend Antanien.

Lee is excellent in his use of acceptance and commitment therapy. Lee is thoughtful and nuanced in his approach, able to delicately guide me in exploring difficult emotions and thought patterns. He is exceptional in assisting me to reframe negative thought patterns, allowing me to more easily handle and control my own reactions to difficult or triggering situations. Could not recommend Lee enough!
